Returns Policy

  • We accept returns authorized within 15 calendar days of the delivery.
  • Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Parts must be in the complete, unopened, and with original packaging.
  • All returns must be in their original condition and include all components.
  • We cannot take back parts that have been installed, mounted, or used.
  • Returns missing components will not be credited.
  • We are not responsible for installation errors, nor will we cover any labor, towing, or rental expenses.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • Freight charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
  • We do not accept returns due to refusal of import taxes and duties at the destination country.
  • Orders placed without providing the VIN or make/model information for the vehicle are ineligible for return.
  • Products purchased without a Brand/Model selection may be subject to a 30% restocking fee if they are to be returned. Please contact us if you are unsure of part compatibility.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of any parts we find do not meet the above criteria.


  • An order or a portion of an order may be canceled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the canceled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 30% may apply.
  • In the event that you do not initiate communication with the courier to reschedule the delivery within the timeframe stipulated by the courier service, or if you neglect to accept the delivery on the rescheduled date, it is possible that the merchandise will be returned to our warehousing facilities. In such an occurrence, we retain the prerogative to assess additional charges arising from this situation and to potentially cancel your order.
