- In-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. The tracking code will be sent the next day via e-mail.
- Express (Air) shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive in Continental Europe / UK / USA and 3-4 days to the rest of the world after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping (UK) option is a sea freight service and can take up to 20-30 days to arrive in the UK and can be delivered in 3-4 days after the customs clearance process via Royal Mail.
- Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
- If a part is not in stock, is specially ordered, and must be ordered from a manufacturer, it usually takes 3-4 days to arrive to us and will promptly ship to you. Most of the orders are shipped completely within 3-4 business days. Large items and quantities ordered from the manufacturers may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.
- Depending on the size, content and the amount of the items you purchase, and your location, we may ship your package with ground shipment options. This can take 10-20 days. In this case, we inform our customers before shipment.
- Tools and Accessories products are delivered in 7-30 days.
- Oversized shipments will be additionally calculated and you will be contacted before shipping for approval.
- We cannot guarantee transit times, customs processes, and duties in the destination country.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce the shipping costs to the customer.
- Shipping rates are calculated automatically according to the dimensions of the OEM packaging in the brand's catalog.
- We can combine packages and unbox the items after customer approval to reduce shipping costs. Please send us a note in the checkout step.
- We do review every order that is placed before collecting payment. If the system calculated shipping cost can be reduced, or should be more due to the dimensional weight of the item, we will contact you.
